Our story started three years ago from Karen's Firefly business name that we translated into Latin, and so the name Stella was born. The delicious menu incorporates Chef Flavio's extensive experience from cooking around the world for the last 25 years. We tried out many of the dishes with our intentional group of friends as guinea-pigs! and this enabled us to choose a menu that we hope appeals to most palates. We also tasted many wines that would be most suitable accompaniments to our food, whilst bearing in mind the wish to provide excellent value for money. Chef Flavio Siccardi was born in Asti, North of Italy. His was trained in Monte Carlo. For over 25 years cooking around the Globe, from Monte Carlo to Mexico and All the way to The Middle East he Settled with Stella Ristorante in Antigua. He possesses a Degree in Food & Beverage Management.
